Info: Ellen Woodley made her national level competitive debut at the 2004 NPC USAs where she took fourth in the very competitive middleweight class.

Training with Chris Eddy, who also trains Marcy Porter, Woodley came in very full, tight and lean and is an inspiration to anyone who wants to get into bodybuilding having only taken it up in her more recent years. Woodley teaches gymnastics and displayed some of those skills to good effect during her routine at the USAs.
