How did you get started into
lifting weights and training?
When I was 18 we
bought a home gym, I was starting to see the results, then later
starting working at a
local gym. After looking through the back of an Oxygen
magazine at the figure
girls, I decided I wanted to look like that and be just like them! So I
did it;
I starting competing in figure and just the past year moved to
Bodybuilding! I
love the sport, I love the drive and love the results!
Were you athletic growing
up? What other sports have you done or are
currently doing?
Growing
up I was heavy into dancing! I was on the dance team in high school and
miss
that like crazy! Kept you fit, flexible and feeling good!
What are your goals in
bodybuilding? To
compete at the national level and dreams to become pro someday! Then
hopefully
take the journey to have the chance to compete on the Olympia stage!!!
In
your opinion, what is your best body part?
I love shoulders!!!! Love the pump and the tight feeling I get
when
I train them!It’s
all about the caps!!
Do
you enjoy being strong? Why? I do!
It makes me feel powerful and dominant and in control!
Do
you enjoy performing onstage?
Absolutely, it’s your time to rock the house and
show everyone who you are and what you worked so hard for!
Why do you love lifting weights? It’s a
time where no one can touch you or say anything to you at all. You just
zone out
and focus on yourself... it helps relieve stress!
It may sound crazy but I love the exhausted
feeling when you’re done!
Tell us what a typical day is
like your you. Not fun, lol! … Getting up and getting ready is the tough
part! Packing the days worth of food in the cooler and out
the door I go. I trainclients
from 8:30-1:00, then train from
2:00-3:30 then back at it from 4:00-6:00 training victims, lol … Then
back home to clean
and refill all containers with my food for the next day!... I’ll check
email
and facebook then relax and eat my last meal then off to bed for
another fun
filled day!
Do
you like to show off your muscles when out in public or do you cover up?

It’s
crazy the looks I get.
I’m def bringing a hidden camera with me one of these times!Sometimes it does get
bothersome when we try
to go out and enjoy ourselves away from work and you spend half your
evening
talking to people about diet and training. No one knows when to stop
asking
questions!
What misconception about
bodybuilding would you like to dispel? That women can lift weights and still be
strong, sexy and beautiful !!
What kind of stuff would we find
in the backseat of your car? Gym bags, Protein shakes, coolers and
water!Yep doesn’t
seem rightI know!
Favorite movie actor/actress? Adam
Sandler
Person you would like to
meet? (Living or dead) Michael Jackson of course! Most of my best lifts
were always to his songs!!!!!!

about you? I am a very open, passionate, caring, and fun person who
loves to help
others reach their goals in the fitness industry.I love to have a good time, that’s what life
is all about!Time
for work and
defiantly time for play!!!But
when
you’re not training, someone else is…. And when you meet you will lose!The lifestyle is Eat,
Sleep, Train - nothing more
