Justine Dohring1.)  What is your first and last name?
Justine Dohring

2.)  What is your height and weight?
5' 4 3/4". My weight varies greatly. My first competition I hit the stage at 130 lbs. and for my second I was 136 lbs. My off-season weight over the past few years has been 160 - 170 lbs

3.)  What state do you currently reside in?
Delaware

4.)  What is your profession?
IFPA Personal Trainer & Sports Nutrition Specialist

5.)  How did you get started into lifting weights and bodybuilding?
I was a professional mascot and needed to add strength to perform in a costume that can weigh 30-40 lbs. and as a result I got back into weightlifting. Then in the fall of 2003 my husband took me to the 2003 GNC Show of Strength in Atlanta where I met Betty Pariso, Lee Haney, Cath LeFrancois and Lenda Murray and had a chance to talk to them. They were all so nice and took the time to spend with me and from that point on there was no turning back. I was hooked!

6.)  Were you athletic growing up?  What other sports have you done or are currently doing?
Yes, I enjoyed ice hockey, sownhill skiing and swimming.

7.)  What are your bodybuilding goals?
To be the best I can be and compete as long as I still love it and it's fun.

8.)  In your opinion, what is your best bodypart?
Delts

9.)  Do you enjoy performing onstage (bodybuilding routine)?
Yes, although I probably get the most nervous for the routine I enjoy it the most and get the biggest rush from it. I guess I love performing that's why I enjoyed mascoting so much.

10) Why do you love bodybuilding?
There's many reasons. It gives you greater self-confidence to pursue and achieve other goals but also because it take discipline, desire, determination and dedication and there's no BS about it. Your physique speaks for itself and its obvious to everyone.

11) Tell us what a typical day is like your you.
Typical off season day - get up at 5:00 am and train myself from 6-7:30. Train clients from 8 - 1. Spend the remainder of the afternoon at home designing clients training routines & diets, answering emails, cooking all my food the the next day. In bed by 9:00 pm.

12) Do you like to show off your muscles when out in public or do you cover up?
It depends on where I'm going and the function.

Justine Dohring13) What kind of stuff would we find in the backseat of your car?
Gym bag with change of clothes, lifting belt, straps, cooler with food, water bottle, stuffed monkey LOL, beach chair (vital for living at the beach :))

14) What sports do you watch?
Football, ice skating, strongman competitions and of course bodybuilding competitions !!

15) Do you have childhood trinket that you still keep?
Stuffed animal from when I was five that I spilled my fathers cologne on and i can still smell it

16) Person you would like to meet?  (living or dead)
Bonnie Priest. Although I've met her briefly I'd like to spend more time with her & get to know her better.

17) Have you ever eaten anything alive?
NO!!
