What is your profession?
I’m a Militair in the Dutch Army & also a personal trainer.
 
How did you get started into lifting weights and training?
I started training because my friend was going to compete.
When I was at his competition I would like to do it also so I prepared myself for my first competition in March 2012.
 
Were you athletic growing up? What other sports have you done or are currently doing?
I started Gymnastics when I was three, four years old. I did that for 13 years. After that I went into the Military so I quit gymnastics and started all the sports in the army: Running,  Fitness and also competed in the Military pentatlon. Now I do Fitness and also running.
 
What are your goals in figure/bodyfitness?
My goal for now is to become a Professional in Figure in the IFBB.
 
In your opinion, what is your best bodypart?
I think my best parts are my abdominals because you see them very well and they are symmetrical.
 
Do you enjoy being strong? Why?
Yes , I like it when women are good in sports and are strong on their on way.   Like this quote: “There is nothing more beautiful than a strong woman.”
 
Do you enjoy being onstage?
Sometimes I get nervous but when I’m on stage I enjoy it because I can show what I worked for all the time.
 
Why do you love lifting weights?
I love lifting weights because it's a sport in which you can always do different training. So that keeps it interesting to train every time again.
 
Tell us what a typical day is like your you.
Wake up , Breakfast, Working & Eating every 2-3 hours, Training, Keep my sites up-to-date, Sleeping
 
What misconception about physique athletes/muscular women would you like to dispel?
When people see my pictures they think that we are muscular monsters , but when they see me in normal clothes they didn’t see it. And then everybody want to know how you get such a body.
So what I meant to say is we are beautiful, strong, athletic women! And you got different sizes and every women likes her own style and people have to respect that.
 
Person you would like to meet?
I always like to meet new people. There is not really a person that I specially want to meet, but when I get the chance I would like to meet Our Queen of the Netherlands.
