1.)  What is your first and last name?   
Jennifer Sedia  

2.)  What is your height and weight?   
I am 5"2, off season weight is about 155lb. and contest weight is  125lb.  

3.)  What state do you currently reside in?  
I been living in Texas for the last 6 years, but im from New York and  lived a while in the beautiful and fun island of Puerto Rico.  

4.)  What is your profession?   
Environmental Specialist (Health Inspector)  

5.)  How did you get started into lifting weights and bodybuilding?  
All I can remember is being about 14 years old and looking at the  bodybuilding magazines and asking my mom for gym membership for my  birthday, 
then I just started working out with Rachel Mclish's book.  Ever since I been working out, until I moved to Texas and was around a  
bodybuilding crowd of friends and they all slowly help me, until I meet  Bonny Priest and her wonderful husband Alan. They have guided e right way.  

6.)  Were you athletic growing up?  What other sports have you done or  are currently doing? 
Yes, like I mentioned before I always worked out, being done right or  wrong I still pumped iron. Also when I was about 12 and 13 years old 
I  was taking Tae Kwon Do classes.  

7.)  What are your bodybuilding goals?   
You know I would love to turn pro, but mainly to have the time of my  life, have fun and continue to challenge my self doing the sport that 
I  love. Its a crazy rush to know I'm doing something that only a small  percentage of people can accomplish, because it takes a different type  
of human to have the discipline, dedication, mental stenght and focus  (and so much more) to compete in bodybuilding.  

8.)  In your opinion, what is your best body part?  
I love my quads and my back.  

9.)  Do you enjoy performing on stage (bodybuilding routine)?   
I LOVE IT, at first I didn't think I would and I thought I would be  nervous, but once I was up there, like I say , I LOVED IT. 
Nothing can  compare to that feeling when you are on stage, I enjoy it so much.    


10.) Tell us what a typical day is like your you?
I'm up about 4:45am doing about 30min. of cardio (this is off season), then get to work, inspect restaurants about all day. Get off of work about 4:00pm, then hit the gym, that is MY time, I love it. Go home about 7:00pm and EAT. Watch TV and hit the sack about 9:30 to 10:00pm, I'm pretty boring, but I have lots of great friends and I love hanging out with them and visiting everyone. 11.) Do you like to show off your muscles when out in public or do you cover up? I normally cover up in the off season but when I'm getting lean for a show I like to show a little. 12.) What kind of car do you drive? I been driving here lately a Jeep Wrangler, my great friend loan it to me until I get financially stable, after the divorce. I used to drive my big foot, a 2 door Tahoe, it has a pretty big lift and about 40 in. tires, pretty sweet. 13.) What kind of stuff would we find in the backseat of your car? Gum, lipgloss, cd's, my lifting belt, the ab wheel, lotion and maybe some hand satirizer, remember I'm a health inspector, haha. 14.) What sports do you watch? I love baseball, normally I only watch the New York Yankees play, I love boxing, UFC fights, basketball and the strongman contest. 15.) Favorite movie actor? I love Robet Deniro and Al Pacino, but I also love Denzel W. 16.) Do you have childhood trinket that you still keep? I don't think so. 17.) Person you would like to meet? (living or dead) Maybe Oprah W. 18.) Have you ever broken the law? If so, what did you do?
Oh yeah, but I didn't get caught. There are some things I did, but no need to mention them, ???, haha
