Info: Gina Ostarly proves that weight training can help you look youthful and that having kids doesn't mean you can't have abs. She was approached by Natural Muscle Magazine for a training article on abs and she's a mother of three, with all three being delivered by C-section!

At the 2003 Jr. USAs she was 4th overall in fitness and plans to compete again this year.

Gina also trains a group of 13 to 16-year-old teen fitness competitors and one of her teens has won the last three Debbie Kruck NPC shows (2001-2003).
